a. is beyond their physical or mental capabilities; b. entails exposure to toxic or carcinogenic agents, agents that cause heritable genetic harm, agents that cause harm to the unborn child or that in other ways cause chronic harm to people; c. entails exposure to harmful radiation; d. entails a risk of accidents that it is reasonable to assume that persons under the age of 18 are unable to recognise or avoid due to inadequate awareness of safety or insufficient experience, training or practice.
