(1) All persons subject to inspection pursuant to this Act shall, when so demanded by the Labour Inspection Authority and notwithstanding the duty of secrecy, provide information deemed necessary for the performance of the inspection. The Labour Inspection Authority may decide the form in which the information shall be provided.(2) Information as referred to in the first paragraph may also be demanded by other public inspection authorities notwithstanding the duty of secrecy that otherwise applies. The duty to provide information shall only apply to information that is necessary for the inspection authority's performance of its duties pursuant to statute.
